Returns

You have 90 days from the date each item is delivered, or the date it ships if no delivery date is available, to request a return.

To start a return, email us with your order number.

• Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging where possible.

Refunds

Once J & Cleator receives and inspects your return, J & Cleator will notify you and issue a refund to your original payment method. The time it takes to appear depends on your bank or card provider.
