J & Cleator is short for Jordan Cleator Baggage Services. We make one hardside suitcase, in two sizes and five colours, and we make it properly.
Why we exist
Good luggage cost too much. Cheap luggage fell apart.
Most people buy a suitcase twice: once cheaply, and again after a wheel snaps off on the way to the gate. The alternative was paying a premium for a logo. We did not think either made sense.
So we built the suitcase we wanted to own. A polycarbonate shell that takes a knock, an aluminium handle that does not wobble, YKK zips, a TSA lock, and smooth double spinner wheels. Then we priced it the way a suitcase should be priced and stood behind it with a 3-year repair warranty.

Backed by repair, not replacement
Every suitcase carries a 3-year repair warranty. If a wheel, handle or zip gives out in normal use, we fix it rather than asking you to buy again.
